Background to the Case Management Policy

Following consultation with all FACS districts and our NGO partners, a new Case Management Policy and Operational Rules and Practice Guidance are available to support the objectives of the Permanency Support Program. The new policy and rules and practice guidance are practice-focused, flexible, and driven by the practitioners they’re designed for.
