intercountry adoption staff

There are a large number of enquiries and applications to Community Services for intercountry adoptions.

To help us assist as many people as possible, it is preferred that contact be made via email to intercountry@community.nsw.gov.au.

Specific enquiries should be directed to the attention of the staff member responsible for that area.

Staffing responsibilities are as follows:

  • Suzanne Cavallo – Manager casework
  • Anjali Russell  (Colombia, Chile, Fiji) Tues & Thurs only
  • Yee Fun Rebecca Lau (China (L-Z), Taiwan, Thailand)
  • Wing Yan Karen Leung (China (A-K), Korea, Hong Kong ) Mon & Fri only
  • Elizabeth Amit (Sri Lanka, India, Lithuania) Mon & Tues only
  • Sally Brokensha (Ethiopia, Philippines, Bolivia)

Enquires regarding expressions of interest, seminars and lodgment of adoption applications should be addressed to the Customer Service Officer, Kerrie McLean.

Enquiries from families at the assessment stage should be directed to:

  • Jenny Loftus (Mon & Tues), Collette Woods (Wed & Thurs) for client surnames L-Z
