Funding opportunities

FACS funds government, non-government and community-based organisations to deliver services to the community on its behalf.

The majority of funding is already committed to existing providers, however as new funding for any program becomes available, it is normally advertised in metropolitan and regional newspapers through requests for expressions of interest (EOIs).

Agencies submitting an EOI then go through a selection process. Funding may be provided on a one-off basis or over a specified time frame.

Successful organisations sign a funding deed and program level agreement which form the basis for the terms and conditions that all funded service providers are expected to comply with.
