DoCS Connect is a secure internet-based portal that provides partner agencies and non-government organisations with an easier, paperless way to engage with the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS).
The Brighter Futures component was launched in December 2007. It improves service delivery to clients by streamlining business transactions between FACS and its funded Brighter Futures partners.
What support is available to DoCS Connect users?
Support is available through various channels:
- the Service Provision Guidelines have instructions on using DoCS Connect
- an ‘iHelp’ function which provides a step-by-step guide to assist users from within the system
For technical assistance, call the DoCS Connect Service Desk on 1300 760 641. The Service Desk is available between Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm), excluding Public Holidays.
