find out about a report you have made
If you have made a child protection report to the Child Protection Helpline and wish to obtain feedback, please contact your local Community Services Centre.
The Helpline will have told you which office is responsible for the investigation when you made your report. When contacting this office, explain that you have made a report to the Helpline and wish to speak to a Duty Officer.
