To allow us to provide you with the most appropriate assistance, please read the following:
- If your complaint is currently being investigated by the Ombudsman’s office, or the Minister for the Department of Community Services, your complaint cannot be investigated by DoCS. Please direct your contact back to those offices.
- If your complaint relates to material provided in a current court matter, please discuss your concerns with your legal representative or the presiding magistrate.
- If you have a concern for the wellbeing of a child, or want to make a report of risk of harm or abuse, please contact the 24-hour Helpline on 132 111.
